Today’s lunch: quinoa salad tossed with raw zucchini, carrot, green onions, & chickpeas (seasoned with paprika, ginger, turmeric, cumin seeds, & black pepper). On the side I have half of a fresh coconut! Yum!
Another food post! Today’s breakfast: mango, strawberries, oranges, dates, and a big jar of fresh juice (red kale, beets, apples, lemon, celery, & cucumber)! I couldn’t finish this whole plate so ended up sharing it with my boyfriend, but it was delicious and juicy!
I was asked to post more food updates, so here we go! Today we juiced for breakfast (I also had some honey pomelo & a banana!) and spent a good while at the climbing gym before stopping by the store to pick up some fresh produce on the way home. Then for a late lunch I quickly whipped up this yummy meal! It’s quinoa seasoned with turmeric, paprika, ginger, cinnamon, & black pepper, then tossed with fresh peppers, green onions, and hemp seeds. On top I just put some cilantro and sundried tomatoes. Not fully raw, but fully vegan of course…and delicious!
